  • [IMPORTANT] Resolution of the 11th GIEE Institute Affairs Meeting, AY 107 (July 22, 2019):
    • The following rules apply to doctoral qualifying examinations starting from the 1st semester of AY 108:
    • The originality report generated by the online plagiarism detection system (Turnitin) serves as the primary screening stage. The similarity index of the responses (excluding the student's published works, references, and direct quotations) must not exceed 15%. If the similarity index of any question exceeds 15%, the exam script will not be forwarded to the committee for grading and will be marked as 0.
    • To ensure accurate and efficient Turnitin screening, doctoral students must highlight direct quotations in red text in their answer scripts.
